a. Freight was not pre-paid (unless otherwise authorized by RCA).
b. The RMA is not included.
c. The return is received after 14 days of RMA issuance.
d. Noticeable damage or improper handling of products.
e. The returned material is not the material originally authorized.
f. The material was returned based on a quality issue but is determined to be of acceptable quality. You will be notified and further arrangements will be made at that time. An inspection and return handling charge may be assessed. |
Shipping Instructions for Material Returns

1. All material must be secured to the pallet in such a manner as to prevent shifting and according to diagram below. Metal banding is not to be used.
2. All rolled material must stand on end.
3. All material being returned must be placed on a pallet large enough so there is no overhanging material on any side.
4. DO NOT STACK and DO NOT BREAK SHRINK WRAP (if applicable) must also appear on the material and Bill of Lading.
5. The RMA Number must be placed conspicuously on the material packaging and address label.
6. The RMA Form and a Completed Inspection Report (if applicable) must be placed in an envelope and securely fastened to the material.
